TOP LINK ADJUSTMENT
Check to make sure the front of the runners are still on the ice surface.
Drive the RX4020EV once around the rink.
When the top link is adjusted properly the rear tires should leave a full tread pattern
on the ice.
Please Note: It is essential for proper operation that tire pressure be maintained at 65
psi.
To test the top linkage, first loosen the lock nuts on both top links.
Now loosen both top links by turning them counter clockwise until there is no tension.
Remount the RX4020EV and drive forward six feet (2 meters), stop, turn off the
RX4020EV and dismount.
Now simultaneously re-tighten the top links by turning them clockwise making sure to
extend the top link to hand tight only.
Secure the top links by tightening the lock nuts.
Check to make sure the front of the runners are still on the ice surface. When
properly adjusted the runners will not leave any marks on the ice surface.
Please Note: It is essential that you adjust both top links at the same time.

Basic functions

Remark: This description applies to the case where the tray has been installed

Option A

As shown in the diagram, unload the ice resurfacer by forking it from the side.

Option B

As shown in the figure, thread the lifting rope through the bottom of the tray to maintain the balance of the suspended vehicle. Use a crane to lift the ice resurfacer and tray together to a suitable location.

About tray

Whether through option A, option B, or other methods,when the ice resurfacer and tray are unloaded to the appropriate position together, the ice resurfacer can be unloaded from the tray in the following ways.

Firstly, remove the outer packaging, especially the devices used to secure the wheels such as tying ropes;

Secondly, install a portable ramp device;

Thirdly, start the ice resurfacer and drive it away from the tray.

RX4020EV-Top Link Adjustment

TOP LINK ADJUSTMENT

Drive the RX4020EV once around the rink.

RX4020EV-Points to note

1	此车为室内用车，不推荐室外使用。	RX4020EV is for indoor use and is not recommended for outdoor use.
2	车子30天内必须至少进行1次充电。	The car must be charged at least once every 30 days.
3	因为这个电池的最佳工作环境是在室内，如果在室外工作，电池的能效会变差，正常满电可以连续工作6个小时，但是如果是在室外，可能就只能工作4个小时，甚至更少	Because the best working environment for this battery is indoors. If it works outdoors, the battery efficiency will deteriorate. Normally, a full charge can work continuously for 6 hours, but if it is outdoors, it may only work for 4 hours, or even less.
4	如果是铅酸电池需要加注电池蒸馏水，必须每月加注1次本车配备的是锂电池，无需补充电池蒸馏水。	If the vehicle is equipped with lead-acid batteries, distilled water must be added once a month. This vehicle is equipped with lithium batteries and does not require the addition of distilled water.
5	电池的外接充电设备不能接触任何水。	The battery's external charging device must not come into contact with any water.
6	很重要的点：无论进行任何的冰上工作，所有的前提是要保证雪箱内的雪不过多，必须及时清理雪箱内的雪！必须！必须！必须！请注意！	Very important point: No matter what kind of work is done on the ice, the premise is to ensure that there is not too much snow in the snow box. The snow in the snow box must be cleaned in time! Must! Must! Must! Please pay attention.
7	我们推荐上卷龙电机工作速度为80，下卷龙电机工作速度为60。	We recommend that the upper winding motor work at a speed of 80 and the lower winding motor work at a speed of 60.
8	车子的最大转弯半径为5.1米，跟其他品牌的浇冰车的转向不同，需要客户自己进行适应，请注意车辆的转向不能过度，一定不能过度转向！	The maximum turning radius of the vehicle is 5.1 meters. It is different from the steering of other brands of ice pouring trucks. Customers need to adapt to it. Please note that the steering of the vehicle cannot be excessive. It must not be over-steering!
9	螺丝螺栓每周检查一次，检查是否有松动，及时进行紧固	Check the screws and bolts once a week to see if they are loose and tighten them in time.
10	刮冰刀推荐10-15天进行一次更换，客户需要自行打磨换下来的旧刮冰刀，旧刮冰刀通过打磨后，可以重新正常使用。	It is recommended that the ice scraping knife be replaced every 10-15 days. Customers need to polish the old ice scraping knife themselves. After the old ice scraping knife has been polished, it can be used normally again.
11	驾驶车辆前的准备：必须先确保手刹已经释放，再进行踩踏加速踏板来驾驶车辆的工作。	Preparation before driving the vehicle: Make sure the handbrake has been released before stepping on the accelerator pedal to drive the car.
12	在往任意水箱内加水时，需要提前关闭连接开关。当水箱都加注完毕后，可以打开连接开关，使所有水箱都能正常工作。	When filling any water tank, you need to turn off the connection switch in advance. When all the water tanks are filled, you can turn on the connection switch so that all the water tanks can work normally.
13	下卷龙电机处的金属链条需要15天涂抹一次黄油进行润滑	The metal chain at the motor that rolls the snow below needs to be lubricated with butter every 15 days.
14	液压油不能加注过多，加注量推荐70%-80%，最多90%。如果加满会导致液压油在车辆工作时从液压油箱盖口处溢出。	Do not overfill the hydraulic oil. The recommended filling amount is 70%-80%, up to 90%. If it is filled up, the hydraulic oil will overflow from the hydraulic oil tank cover when the vehicle is working.
15	液压油每年都要更换一次，把里面所有的油清除，并重新加注新的液压油。	Hydraulic oil needs to be changed once a year, remove all the oil in it and refill it with new hydraulic oil.
16	底部齿轮油每年都要更换一次。	The oil in the chassis gears should be changed once a year.
17	侧边刷工作时不能太靠近墙壁，靠的太近的话，侧边刷容易与墙壁进行摩擦，巨大的阻力会导致电机过载。虽然我们加装了保险丝，它的作用就是在电机过载时，断开电流，保护电机，但我们仍然建议侧边刷工作时不能太靠近墙壁。	The side brush should not be too close to the wall when working. If it is too close, the side brush will easily rub against the wall, and the huge resistance will cause the motor to overload. Although we have installed a fuse, its function is to cut off the current and protect the motor when the motor is overloaded, but we still recommend that the side brush not be too close to the wall when working.
18	对侧边刷电机和上下卷龙的电机加装了保护装置，电机严重过载时，断开电路，保护电机，如需恢复正常工作需要手动复位保险装置。备注：侧边刷的电机保险在仪表盘上，上下卷龙的电机保险在右侧的电线箱内。	The side brush motor and the horizontal & vertical spiral tube motors have been equipped with protective devices. In case of severe motor overload, the circuit will be disconnected to protect the motor. Manual reset of the protective device is required to restore normal operation. Note:The side brush motor's protective device is located on the instrument panel, while the protective devices for the horizontal & vertical spiral tube motors are housed in the electrical box on the right side.
